Therapy May Feel Helpful If :

  • You think deeply about your experiences and want space to reflect.
  • You often carry a lot internally without many places to talk openly.
  • You find yourself wondering why certain patterns repeat in your life or relationships.
  • You want to understand yourself more fully, not just manage difficulties.
  • You value a calm and thoughtful space to explore what you’re feeling.
  • Sometimes experiences live in our feelings or bodies before they can be easily explained.
  • Therapy can help give those experiences words.

About Me

Hi, my name is Lollita Masuku.
I am an integrative psychotherapist in training with over 240 supervised clinical hours.

I have spent much of my professional life working alongside people navigating complex and emotionally demanding circumstances. Over time this has deepened my interest in how our experiences shape the ways we think, feel and relate to others.

My approach to therapy is thoughtful and reflective. I aim to offer a calm and containing space where you can explore your experiences without judgement and at your own pace.

Sometimes people come to therapy with clear difficulties. At other times there is simply a sense that something feels stuck or difficult to make sense of. Together we can begin to explore what may be happening and find new ways forward.

What it is like to be in...

You’re used to holding things together. In therapy we will create a space where you don’t have to.

Slowing down

Therapy offers a calm and supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and explore what you are experiencing. Together we create a place where you can speak openly and gently make sense of thoughts and feelings that may feel difficult to carry alone.

Often this means slowing things down, taking time to feel your way through, noticing the parts that are so often missed.

Stepping back

Sometimes certain patterns or emotions feel difficult to understand. Therapy can help you explore these experiences more deeply and begin to understand what may be shaping how you feel and relate to others.

I will help you step back at times to see what else there might be within your view. This can be challenging work; together, we can carefully create an environment that makes exploration possible.

Deeper knowing

Through conversation and reflection, therapy can help bring greater awareness and clarity. Over time this process can support new perspectives and ways of moving forward.

It can help to create a deeper understanding of one’s self and your environment.

Just being...

Many people carry a great deal internally without many opportunities to talk openly. Therapy offers a thoughtful and reflective space where those experiences can be expressed and understood.

What I offer is a relational quality that allows you to explore the parts of yourself that might be otherwise be difficult to.

If you’re wondering whether therapy might be helpful, you’re welcome to get in touch.

You can email me to arrange an initial conversation where we briefly talk about what you’re looking for and whether this feels like the right fit.
