Feltalk Therapy
Talking through feelings and experiences.
Finding an intentional way forward.
Therapy May Feel Helpful If :
- You think deeply about your experiences and want space to reflect.
- You often carry a lot internally without many places to talk openly.
- You find yourself wondering why certain patterns repeat in your life or relationships.
- You want to understand yourself more fully, not just manage difficulties.
- You value a calm and thoughtful space to explore what you’re feeling.
- Sometimes experiences live in our feelings or bodies before they can be easily explained.
- Therapy can help give those experiences words.
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.
About Me
Many people come to therapy carrying experiences that feel difficult to make sense of alone. Some may feel overwhelmed by relationships, family dynamics, loss, anxiety or longstanding patterns that no longer feel helpful. Others may simply feel disconnected from themselves, others or a sense of belonging.
Hi, my name is Lollita Masuku. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and Psychotherapist in training, currently completing an MSc in Psychotherapy and Counselling with over 250 supervised clinical hours. I bring over a decade of experience supporting families navigating complex dynamics, which has deepened my understanding of how difficult relational patterns can shape the way we feel, relate and see ourselves.
Over the last decade, I have become increasingly interested in the ways people adapt within interdependent relationships, family systems and emotionally demanding environments, and how these experiences can continue to shape patterns of feeling, relating and belonging. I am also interested in the ways emotional experiences can be carried within the body, sometimes long before they can be fully understood or expressed in words.
Therapy can offer a thoughtful and steady space to slow down, reflect and begin exploring these experiences more deeply. Together we can begin to understand how earlier experiences, relationships and life circumstances may continue to shape the way you think, feel and relate to yourself and others.
My approach is integrative, meaning therapy is adapted to your individual needs and circumstances rather than following a one-size-fits-all model. I aim to offer a calm and containing space where difficult experiences can be explored at your own pace, while holding in mind the whole person rather than focusing only on problems in isolation. By developing a deeper understanding of emotional, relational and embodied patterns, therapy can create greater freedom, choice and connection in the way we respond to ourselves and our lives.

What it is like to be in...
You’re used to holding things together. In therapy we will create a space where you don’t have to.
Slowing down
Therapy can offer a space to pause from the demands of everyday life and pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface.
Together we can slow things down enough to notice thoughts, feelings and experiences that may have been overlooked, creating room for greater awareness and understanding.
Stepping back
Sometimes it can be difficult to see the patterns we are living within while we are in the middle of them.
Therapy can help you step back and reflect on the relationships, experiences and circumstances that may be shaping how you feel, respond and relate to others, allowing new perspectives to emerge.
Deeper knowing
Therapy is not only about understanding problems; it can also be about understanding yourself more fully.
Together we can make sense of your experiences in the context of your relationships, life circumstances and the ways you have learned to cope, helping you move forward with greater understanding and choice.
Just being...
Many people spend much of their lives adapting to the needs and expectations of others.
Therapy can offer a space where you do not need to perform, explain everything perfectly or have all the answers. Instead, it can become a place to bring different parts of yourself with curiosity, compassion and acceptance.

FAQ
Q: How do sessions work?
A: Sessions are 50 minutes, held weekly at a regular time. A consistent time helps create the conditions for meaningful work.
Q: What does it cost?
A: Sessions are £65. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so we can talk briefly before you commit to anything.
Q: Do I need to know what I want to work on?
A: No. Many people arrive without being able to fully name what’s wrong. That’s a completely fine place to start.
Note: I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
